At In the footsteps we have standardised our pricing structure to make it easy for you to determine how much one of our tailor-made tours will cost.

Our tour guide rate is: -

Included within your price is: -

• All tour preparation and administration.
• All mileage within the battlefield.
• Our exclusive tour pack.
• Pick up and drop off at a location within the battlefield area.
• A British Legion Poppy Cross. You may make a voluntary donation to the British Legion to support their work if you wish.

An additional charge will apply for: -

• All additional mileage, charge at £0.40 EURO per mile.
• Pick up and drop off at a location outside of the battlefield area, charged at £0.40 EURO per mile plus £20.00 EURO per hour (where this is not included within the tour time).
• Overnight tour guide expenses where appropriate. This is dependant upon the location and accommodation selected for the tour.
• Instances where a significant amount of research is required (for example researching an individual for a genealogy tour or a specific unit for a unit tour), charged at £150.00 EURO per day.

We can arrange for you: -

• Board and accommodation.
• Cross Channel Ferry Crossings.
• Rail travel.
• Car Hire.

Our service is totally flexible and we can include as much or as little as you wish within the overall price of your tour.
